Brick & Mortar v. Master Class

In my Brick & Mortar class I catch the fish for you.  In my Master Class I teach you have to catch the fish.


Brick & Mortar class is 90% me lecturing you on how to make dough, sauce, ball, stretch, assemble, launch, bake, cut and eat.  3.5 hr. class. 

 

$133 per student.

Master Class is all the above, but you do everything yourself with my direction.  100% hands on for you.  I also go over in detail how to use a dough calculator which allows you in infinitely scale your dough up and down including dough call size, number of dough balls, etc.
