Five Class Options:

Every class option has free "apizzatizer pizzas" before class, Foxon Park soda, Italian music throughout class, dough tossing lesson and New Haven Pizza history.

Short & Saucey
This class is for the person who doesn't have a lot of patience and just want to get the Insta or TikToc version of the pizza making process

1.5 hr. class, $75 per person

Brick & Mortar
This class is for the person who wants and likes the details.  It's intense, but fun at the same time.  You will have all the tools you need and watch demos on all aspects of pizza making in this class.

3.5 hr. class, $133 per person

Master Class
This class is for the person who wants everything in the Brick & Mortar class but wants their class to be 100% hands on.  Additionally, I teach you have to use a dough calculator which infinity scales your dough up and down.

5 hr. class, $250 per person

Class of the Seven Dishes
This class shows you how to make one dough for seven separate "dishes"

Fried Dough
Stuffed bread
Calzone
Garlic knots
Italian Bread
Pin wheels

3.5 hr. class, $133 per person

Private Class
This class is generally for people who want to have their own private class only with people they know.  Can be a Brick & Mortar class, Master Class, Pizza Making Class, etc.

4 hr. class, Pricing starts at $1,700

Team Building
This class is for companies who want to build a stronger bond within their organization and using pizza and the conduit.
