Apizza Archaeology

Class coming soon!

This class will dive in pizza in CT, not just New Haven.

We'll start with a general timeline of pizza from the beginning of time until it got semi-accepted into out modern world around the turn of the century.

From there we will go over the immigration of Italians to the US, follow their path and end up in CT.

I have a large collection of pizza memoribilia from all over CT which I will share are discuss stories and information on the research I have done on many of the pieces in my collection.

There will be unlimited pizza and Foxon Park soda server through out class.  Estimate class to be $75 per person.  Class time 1-1.5 hrs.
