This class will show you have to make one dough and use it for seven dishes: 1.  Baked Pizza 2.  Pizza Fritta - Fried Dough 3.  Stuffed bread 4.  Pin wheels 5.  Garlic Knots 6.  Italian bread 7.  Calzone Class will be roughly 2.5/3 hrs. and you will leave with a recipe for the seven dishes dough, the ability to make one of the seven dishes I will show you how to make in class, pizza before class, Foxon Park soda during class and dough tossing to start things off.  Cost will be $133 per student.
